My understanding of the situation is as follows;1)  The city council currently appears in favor of allowing up to 2 Airbnb rentals per owner2)  There may be special urban zones that could be exempted from the 2 unit limit.My question is in regards to #2 above.

For others, the time spent reading the morning news, listening to a daily podcast, and eating breakfast could all be done on the commute instead of before it.Right now, property values inside the urban and suburban areas are sky-high.

We have closed several deals with their services and it has paid for itself numerous times now.  

Currently involved with numerous hard money loans with returns from 9.5%-11.5%.Also part of real estate investment group that is equity based and produces tax sheltered returns from 4%-6%.

I have replaced numerous subfloors for rotten bathrooms.
