The building is actually in great shape and is in a nice part of West Price Hill.

I saw LLing was not really for me even with nice homes, never did junkers as a LL.

Both are today's numbers.The other nice thing is that this thing is on a golf course and in an HOA community with a great clubhouse, pool, etc.
