Mobile home investing is totally new to me.

Right before you would turn into the community there are about 40 mobile homes on the other side of the main road.

They just added a D4$ mobile app around July 2020 -- i think ;) -- which is appealing although i haven't used it yet.

I'm looking at that option, but haven't had luck finding a decent looking mobile that is 1976 or newer.I heard there can sometimes be programs that will subsidize costs of building in certain areas.
