Mobile Home Investing
Mobile home investing is totally new to me. I had a seller reach out to me and ask if I could sell her mobile home. I refuse to bypass on revenue because this is new to me. I see this is a new opportunity and possible new avenue of business. I need help on knowing what questions to ask the seller and lot owner (if needed).
