There are some edge-cases where you can get in with creative financing but in this metro-area spring market you'd be better served to take a conventional route in regards to your time spent hunting for a deal. 

What type of financing options would I have.

We learned about financing, about how much everything costs, how to work with different vendors and rehab a home, what brings value and what doesn't and so much more!

Does anyone have any advice on how to propose seller financing, assumption, or subject to when I go view the properties tomorrow ?

I have been a part of four deals now where we used construction financing in Berwyn, Cicero and last time on the north side in Irving Park.

Does anyone finance this style of property?
