For medical care, people can get home health care, so as to stay out of the assisted living designation, requiring licensing, etc.

I personally like STR/MTRs around hospitals (specifically Nationwide Children's Hospital, Wexner Medical, etc) because you're able to find a stable cllientele of travel nurses to rent to and they get stipends which is guaranteed payment and they're typically great tenants.

However, searches by non-medical travelers has now surpassed medical travelers and they are predicting that trend will continue.
