It can be tough living in an apartment building because you have to share thin walls with neighbors who many times seem to be loud.

I literally just laughed out loud in the middle of my office. 

I guess I've been living under a rock and this year is reason #300 I need to complete the hiring out of my bookkeeping.  

No sitter or family to send them to and they will be kids (loud, happy, crying, hungry, bored (even with activities), etc.) at a closing office.

I just want to make sure we have looked under all the rocks for issues that may arise down the road.Thanks newbie Brendan.

I say you should go to as many seminars as you can afford that are reasonably priced and do not pay for any upsell. its very tempting. trust me i know this. im the guy that got upsold. nobody finds a huge rock of gold, its all about the small golden nuggets that make a fortune. and besides they are great networking events. and if you wan to earn hustle points do the following: meet another investor and talk them up and see if they are willing to go half on a seminar that you really like. this way atleast you split the cost. i did this three times last year. pretty good way to work on your networking skills while saving some cash.

On a more traditional concrete block or rock foundation where they have room to work in a crawlspace or basement it is easier I think.

My experience, however, has been… well let me tell you about today.This morning I was startled awake at 6 a.m. to an amazingly loud alarm clock.
