Inspection advice for town home purchase

we purchased our first property in Atlanta.  It is a town house built in 2006. Should we do any additional inspections that the standard inspection that will be performed. We are out of state. Our realtor is a trusted person. I just want to make sure we have looked under all the rocks for issues that may arise down the road.
