Im currently employed in the oil industry and I want to invest my time in something that will actually give me all the freedom I want provide me and my family with a better future and better opportunities.I'd love to network and meet people so I can learn, grow and help others.

I find it amazing how people get so agitated at real estate marketers who pull public data and mail to that same public data in order to generate business for their particular company, and in the midst of that help lots of people, but won't have that same agitation/anger at the local grocery store that sends out ads regularly, or the oil change company that consistently sends out advertisements as well.

The declines in oil has lead to layoffs. 

We have allot of snake oil salesmen posing as real estate gurus touting to everyone that you can get into real estate with no money and no credit or even any experience whatsoever.

I do not like the snake oil type lawyers that want to sell you the $20K liability protection packages. 

Other than WWII and the Oil Embargo, the real estate cycle normally takes roughly 18 years to run through all  four phases, resulting in a nationwide crash.
