Hello,What clause would be needed in a purchase offer that would allow time for due diligence to contact solar companies that may be interested in an installation? 

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

Market research, local expertise, networking, property management, financial planning, potential legal and tax ramifications, risk management, and long-term vision are important factors to take into account.

That is the title company I am forced to work with. 

Is there any legal way to compensate someone without their real estate license for sending you a real estate deal (wholesale, flip, etc.)?

If I can recommend anything (and everybody is entitled to their own opinion) I would recommend finding a traditional brick and mortar brokerage where you have access to a mentor, company paid resources, company name recognition, etc.

Seller was tired of the land and the buyer was an institutional mobile home company.
