My idea is to rent the upstairs apartment and use the office space and garages for my painting business I own.

Location, city water, and city sewer are not worth much if you cannot sell homes and fill spaces.  

Empathy and compassion make space for a clear, intuitive approach to identifying neighborhoods – where human people live – that are ripe for flipping fair.

I eventually found one a couple months later, but I enjoyed the process because I learned a lot of bank requirements and what was needed on my end to make their job easier.Another great idea would be to go to your local REIA and ask around to see who other investors in the MFR space are using on their deals.I hope this helps and Best of Luck!

Today’s landlords aren’t just offering office space or empty lots for construction anymore.

It is a lovely 2 unit beach home featuring a little over 1100 Sq.Ft. of living space per unit and a cozy 2 bed 2 bath.
