Elle Xuxin is it better to have a Nevada or Delaware LLC for my real estate investing biz in NY??
9 February 2011 | 21 replies
Thanks Jon.. actually i just had a conversation with a sales rep of a online registration company and so we figured forming a Nevada LLC cost $300 per year to maintain it while NY LLC cost more to start (because of the publication cost but depends on which part of NYS) but only $9 per two years for biennial report filling... and foreign LLC in NYS cost as much as forming a domestic LLC in NYS.. so the choice is clear...Thank you again for your input!!
