This home is on a good street, is a two story (only a few on the street) and I just liked the energy and layout of the home.

We can typically maximize older homes by finishing basement and converting it to an ADU, and build DADU in backyard if City, home layout and style allow that

@Albert Bui I could certainly afford it, but my intuition is that it is simple enough for my current CPA to do it for much less, and in that sense paying 5 K minimum is not justified. 

Maybe Trulia offers the same service, but it doesnt seem as intuitive as Zillow does (at least for me).

The layout is a little odd.

But the convenience of Keim is worth it for me.I email basic layout measurements, within a day or two I have drawings back, I make a few adjustments when I like the layout we order, three days they are in ready to be delivered, I get a copy of drawing including "elevations" so cabinet guy knows exactly how they get installed.
