@Zachary EngenRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder, etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

This is all super helpful information to think about. 

Doing your research will be key and not over analyzing for ever, you'll never have all the information and it will always be a little bit of fear in buying.

I have no idea if I am posting to the correct forum or not, but I had a wholesaler bring a portfolio of properties to me the other day that caught my interest.

I want to get all my pictures pre & post and come up with a Company Webpage for people to see our work / results and probably be interested in investing / doing some kind of business with us.

Q: Could you send me information on some respected General Contractor that you have worked with?

I just contacted a RE agent whose information was on a foreclosed property that I've been trying to purchase for over a year.
