Higher average age might also help you choose which CRRT to selectCheck the requirements, and how much work you will need to do - for instance, EDDM rates require that you drop off mailers at the individual post office where they are delivered.

We prefer to make the investment relatively close i.e. 2-3 hours flight max.We want to start small as this would be our first but start at a location where we can then buy more and bigger investments (like an apartment complex) once we have a local team and understand the micro-markets and details. have been considering buying something from roofstock.com to begin with.

Bonifacio Capuyan When contracting from out of state always hire a 3rd party individual - either an agent , property manager or another contractor to inspect the property and take a lot of pictures.

The best (IMHO)you can do is seek out a tax and wealth advisor that you can work with so they can better understand your long term preferences as it relates to your estate and then give you advice on sustainable income into retirement (passive and/or retirement accounts), charitable preferences and heirs, if applicable.

I know what the qualifications are to be a real estate professional, but I've read that an election may need to made so that I can treat all my rental activities as one activity so that my hours claimed are considered for all my properties versus needing to prove I spent enough hours for each individual property.
