My suggestion is to understand how to read and interpret credit reports, because when you see a low score that might or might not be a sign of a horrible tenant.

You can find a "steal" of a 1000-unit complex, but if it's in a horrible location that's getting worse, no amount of money will "fix" it.I've met hundreds of investors since starting in 2005 and only a couple of them were successfully sued.
