In my area, the environmental health department deals with sewage issues and they will inspect it and issue a red tag.

You mean like health insurance?

Anyone else in this dilemma?

I posted about this about a year ago, but unfortunately had a health problem (not Covid) that severely delayed me in acting.

My dilemma lies in that I don’t feel like I should work with the agent anymore because I’m not myself buying the property.

They may not give us good health care but we can at least get into debt easily! 

. - Make sure you get a security deposit and perhaps do a surprise inspection of their current home.S8 requires an inspection (mostly health & safety) before approving a lease and then annually thereafter. - Not something most landlords taking care of their properties have to worry about.There are limits to clauses they allow in your lease.

My dilemma in a nutshell is: I let go of a contract because the seller did not meet my terms on inspection repairs.

Some demographics want bail bonds, health clinics, cheap buffets, buy here pay here car places, and etc.. others want more upscale things.Look at the area near the apartments through the eyes of those who will live there.Know your renters desires--a fish knows his own pond the best.You need to know what renters for that building want.Good Luck! 

Pretty much it won't be listed as an IRA, 401K, HSA, or anything else that is retirement/health related.
