During the time we lived there we made some minor upgrades/repairs- renovated upstairs bathroom, replaced carpet on 1st floor with LVP flooring, added artificial turf to the backyard, replaced pool pump, and replaced the HVAC system.

I even helped last time with taking care of the wasps nest but makes more sense to turn it over to a professional company at the tenants expense. 

I feel like i am ready but i feel theres times im being too cautious and times im being too fast, any advice?

First time poster.

I am 25 years old, since I was 9 my dad made me read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and 1 year an a half ago I was transferred to USA from work, in that book he talks about financial freedom and real state, so  I recently bought the book how to invest in real estate, by Joshua and Brando (I am still on page 120) however with each page my interest increased, which lead me to this forum. 

Speaking for myself, half of the "no reviews" that I've allowed were less than thrilling.

Cons are the cost involved in (both time and money) and loosing out on having a professional to guide you through the process. 

Not super interested in STRs at the moment, since I think I would have a hard time keeping up with the management. 

They can not be expected to devote time to the process for free.
