Even if it was ready I'm not sure I'd be showing it due to virus concerns, what's going on in the job market and the rent freeze/moratorium government guidance here.It seems like deals are still happening from what I'm reading on forums and hearing from some agents, just curious how others are navigating the current market with these constraints.

A great alternative is a buyout from the seller on a sandwich: you create a direct new lease and new option between the seller and TBer, and get a note for a sandwich profit amount, only one closing cost amount, and you get paid on line 503 of the HUD1.)I will talk to an attorney on getting the right paperwork and guidance for setting this buyout with seller to do a reverse assignment.

Since appraisers are not allowed to complete this without updated guidance from Fannie/Freddie it's currently a staring match.
