Hi all, with me being new to the property management/RE industry as a whole, I am looking to learn as much as possible.Does anyone have good book recommendations for learning more about property management?

Many major insurance companies are not writing new policies in New Orleans.

Anyhow, gut feeling tells me this is a preview of the future. 

There have often been scenarios (happened yesterday actually) where people will ask me to do their simple return just because they enjoy having the peace of mind, and/or want to build a future relationship as they anticipate more complex issues in the next few years.

If it went well I would consider working with other clients in the future, but would just start with him since I know and trust him very well.
