But its just so funny hearing someone share that as its so counter-intuitive for what we would do out here.There's definitely some common ground in terms of not wanting to overprice your house from the beginning and having it sit, then price drop, etc.

If not, reach out and I would be happy to share our experience thus far. wanted to update this thread and share that I did manage to buy my first rental property, actually closed on it in may 27 2022. funny how things don't go as planned. the first three months were busy, fixed some problems including, the foundation, flooring plumbing and electrical.

Isn't it funny when you think back to handwriting letters, sending them in the mail,  making carbon copies even, and phones with cords, not to mention party lines!

The funny thing is, because of the housing shortage, the rental market is very strong and we have extremely low vacancy as well.

Get creative, follow obituaries, divorces, high equity homes with withering people inside(sorry, not funny).
