They can always go park somewhere else, like guest or public parking, bud if they are ignoring their account balances, I doubt they will pay much attention till they get towed.

Try sending yourself a payment some time, this is a good way to gauge the length of time.  

I have a full time job that affords me the freedom of roughly 3 months off every Winter. 

I think what U learned is there is no get quick rich schemes out there and real estate unless your going to work it full time as a broker is a looooong game.. now some do ok pimping it..
