I recommend researching REI courses—invest in that, and you'll learn specialized knowledge in the field you want to work in, instead of investing in a degree that barely overlaps with the field you have your eye on.

If ledge is near the surface, construction will be more expensive (blasting or pecking cellar hole, leach field, underground utilities, etc)Ask neighbors about their well: Hard water, Radon in Water, Depth, flow, etc.The further from the road, the more expensive it is to bring in utilities (Electric/Phone/Cable).Watch out for wetlands!

Ultimately, I just hope to change the trajectory of mine and my families lives, be able to give back to my community, and be someone that can impact hundreds by showing how one can rise above whatever adversities they are presented with and create a better life for themselves.It would be great to receive as much feedback from you investing in multi-family and have been in the field for years.
