One side goes up, the other goes down - Stocks vs Bonds for instance......or in Real Estate, inflation cause interest rates to rise, buyers get fearful, home prices go down.Basically, my opinion is that one has to be more amenable to risk taking, and mainly figure out where everyone is going and go the other way...Just my .02.

He has no problem whatsoever with us utilizing his portion of the right of way - but we do eventually need to take care of legalities - I fear the time will come that he wants to sell the property and by then it will be too late to work this to our advantage.
