It worked, I got a few deals that way after awhile, but there are more efficient ways to market if you have more capital to work with like PPC or hiring VAs for lead generation.I'd still advise that if you're just getting into business, I would start slowly in terms of marketing spend.

From what I see it's not stellar in terms of population or job growth, but does look like it saw big price increases lately, I assume it's mainly population from Charlotte moving out to get more bang for their buck.If you're an investor with properties there I'd love to hear your thoughts on the market in general, how you see its potentail, the population I can expect as tenants, and things to pay attention to.
