Just let me tell you that you have a super super awesome tool that many investors don't have, and that is the VA home loan (just be very careful how you use it).

I  highly recommend you download some of the resources under TOOLS and FILEPLACE ....From Spreadsheets to free books....It will feel like taking a sip of info from a fire-hose....knowledge and wisdom will come running out your nose.... :-)

So I pulled it back quickly and have been able to streamline some things using tools like Pricemethod.com for VRBO and tripadvisor, and BeyondPricing for Airbnb.
