Hello To All Willing To Share Their Knowledge,I am wanting to put together a "whole sale deal" or "assignment of contract"Question: Once I have equitable interest in a property, i.e "from escrow funds" can I sign a listing agreement with a realtor, so I may have access to marketing on the MLS?

I'd say a 1031 is the only way I'd sell (for the reason of needing equity) only because chances are with depreciation recapture, you will most likely have a tax bill which could come close to equaling what you'd miss in a re-finance (especially if the appraisal is a large number above what you originally paid for it).-- Your cash flow.
