Paolo Dorigo, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if the the property is in CA and more than 50% interest in an entity (including land trust) changes you must report to Board of Equalization’s (BOE) office in Sacramento within 45 days of the change.

The reason that they probably won't appeal is that they have to put up a deposit equal to the money in arrears (or 3 months worth minimum) to appeal!

I've done the majority of marketing and been most responsible for getting our channel to where it is now, within 1 month of uploading our first video, we have 100,000 views.We've been approached by 2 partner networks to sign contracts with them, so I think it's obviously time we form an LLC and draft some contract.I've done the vast majority of the work, and have been financing the entire project (aside from minor contributions from friend 2).As far as the TALENT in the videos, it's more or less an equal split in terms of whose in front of the camera.

I still hold to the belief that these reits will have no idea what they are doing and will pay too much, causing them too lose money (or just not make much) and eventually need to sell them all off - which will be great for investors.
