The person we are buying from currently does it.Things I've noted:His cleaning person is the next door neighbor.

We are paid solely by the seller.

But this also means the tenants are more likely to use the machines and possibly drive up the cost of utilities and the wear-and-tear on the machine.There's no easy answer.

So that is what we are working on.But!

They don't spend any time talking about why you should do real estate investing, which is good, since we are all there, because that's what we want to do. 

However, if you enjoy taking more risks than necessary, you can consider a pet deposit and/or pet rent, if applicable.
