Brady HannaAnother strategy you could investigate is to hold the properties in your name personally, but engage your LLC to manage the properties.You will need to consult with your accountant & council to ensure to ensure you properly consider all {non}-arm's length concerns and any tax implications.

When you deduct all of your rightful costs it should still show a profit if it is a good rental.That said, if you have a full time job you WILL NOT qualify as a real estate professional unless you are engaged in the trade or business of real estate in that job.

The defendants allegedly engaged in a wide-ranging scheme to defraud individuals of the fees they paid to "lease" funds from Apogee by providing them with fraudulent "proof of funds" documentation printed on bank stationery and purportedly signed by collusive bank employees.
