My name is Wayne Felton and I'm from the Jacksonville, Florida area. I've been interested in Real Estate Investing for a while now so a few months ago I asked myself why not pursue this as a career? Wholesaling Real Estate is how I plan on getting started in the business and hopefully I can move my way up from there.
