That is encouraging to hear!

It sounds to me as if your friends is looking for a get rich quick scheme on the back of this poor landlord, and you are encouraging him/her.

So maybe there is no 'bad' direction for you to go but I would encourage you to keep working especially if you like your normal job.  

Matt, I spoke with a company yesterday that said they do engineering in-house, and part of their package is coordinating with the customer's local building codes for the MEP, roofing, structural foundation, etc. and obtaining a (Colorado) engineering stamp.

(and everyone, these are just suggestions that MAY work for SOME people, I am just trying to be helpful and encouraging)1.)

He says the remaining ones will have to see if the customers will want to pay for $35 steaks or he will close more.

A final thought is,  a coin operated machine would encourage her to be conscience with the size of the load.  

I encourage it, keep up with the market and hone in on your next future deal when that time comes.

It's the Customer Service aspect.
