They make more money, more passively - I got into the business and make money -  its a win-win. 

At this point, I think you are just trying to win an argument without really caring whether you are right or wrong.

I love the idea of investors coming in right now at these price points, it is a win for the investor and a win for the area. 

The turnkey project operator is happy because they will have a long-term lease to manage that will have reasonably no maintenance issues or other significant issues as long as they find good dependably paying tenants.Win-win-win if you ask me.The only way I know to do the same on your own is if you are a flipper or construction expert, but I don't want all that work and all those headaches - therefore I rather do Turnkey.As you can imagine there is more to it than this, but it's a really marvelous opportunity.

I figured this would be a win win.  

Any other ideas to share on building win-win connections on BP?

And if it is the choice between food for the kids and making the monthly payment for the couch they have financed, the children win every time.This is part of the one thing that concerns me the most about the future of our country, to the extend that I worry about society as we know it breaking apart: the wealth gap and the social tensions it creates.
