I'm looking for handymen/contractors who can do it all in the Houston and Dallas areas for SFR's that I bought that need maintenance to make rent-ready (repairs, install flooring, appliances, repair siding, ideally even do plumbing and electrical)-anyone have any good recos at low prices?
