The best part-it is in Word format so you can easily add your information to it(which you will HAVE to do).

There's a couple in Milwaukee that give me some pretty good leads (although not the winning deal yet) but the others I have tried:1. 

I certainly still have the option to back out.I'm tempted to back out simply because I don't like being manipulated and lied to.The deal is not a killer of a win.

Say if I were to win the auction and get an acceptance from the bank on my bid/offer, do I become responsible for it?
