I'm currently house hacking (renting rooms) my current primary residence which is a single family home and has a mortgage.

I've seen a lot of our community members start out with third party, learn their systems, and then bring it in house when they own several hundred units.I would read the book Small Giants, by Bo Burlingham.

Many buyers can’t visualize the potential for an open space and a vacant house can seem cold/not homey.

The houses were in much better shape than other rental homes for sale that I looked at in the area.

In our experience, demand for Class B/C housing in still through the roof.

Take photos and send a list of what the deposit is being used for to their last known address (ie the rental house). 

I am looking to live here and eventually house hack so as this opportunity already has 2 trailers it seems like a great fit for me. 

I have decided to take action and get started in real estate investing with house hacking and multi family.
