Lenders for non US residents

Hi, thank you for your podcasts and the information you provide, it has really inspired me. I have decided to take action and get started in real estate investing with house hacking and multi family. I am a non US resident and the property I am starting out with is outside the US. The problem I am having is finding investor friendly lenders within my country. Are there any lenders in the US that provide financing to non US residents for real estate investing outside the US? Grateful for any advice.
