There are many shiny objects in the RE field so find one you like and become the expert in it. 

I'd like to refer him to a  coach who's had first-hand experience with expansion and managing the "shiny object syndrome".

I do not think it will be around for long as it is pretty hard to analyze a property with so many objective and subjective factors that a good real estate agent will know.

It is a really interesting alternative to wood and I think some builders will continue down this path, but I am hesitant to endorse this as a long term solution and I feel steel will likely fade as the shiny new object often does over time.What do you think?
