What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My plan is to begin next spring.That said, I found a completely gutted home a few hours from me and gave my first attempt at analyzing the deal, estimating rehab costs, and projecting ARV.

And/Or any one with advice on this is greatly appreciated.Thank you.

One option I see is including the fee in my listing (which puts me at a disadvantage to others as I will have higher fees until they all get the same email as I did), then leave the guest a check on the counter for them to use when they register.
