Or rather the agent made a mistake if they let a person not on title and without court orders sign listing and purchase agreements.The agent needs to know what he is working with here as it may be a dead deal.

Mind you this was the first offer we ever gave to anyone... 2 months later she called us back and excepted our offer but there were so many title issues dealing with an ex-military man who died 10 years before we met this lady (nobody reported the man dead so the wife could keep collecting his income), the VA and a host of other bs.

I think some of the "trend" stuff we see is short to mid term (for example, I won't believe in the whole, "Millennials hate the suburbs and the suburbs are dead" thing until those Millenials pay down their student debt, have kids, and STILL choose to live in the cities.)

Second company will then come out and do the shotcrete.I've already had several dead/dying trees removed from the creek wall to get it ready for the steel work.We're tentatively scheduled to get started with the steel after the holidays, so early January.
