Or rather the agent made a mistake if they let a person not on title and without court orders sign listing and purchase agreements.The agent needs to know what he is working with here as it may be a dead deal.

The vast majority of contacts you get from this type of ad are going to be dead ends.

I learned NOT to send out expensive mailers on the first go, as many came back moved, dead, etc and all that money was wasted.

I think some of the "trend" stuff we see is short to mid term (for example, I won't believe in the whole, "Millennials hate the suburbs and the suburbs are dead" thing until those Millenials pay down their student debt, have kids, and STILL choose to live in the cities.)
