Often, they may very well give you the answers you're after, as it's possible they already crossed that bridge.  

What a platform this BP family is.

She had been placed at a motel by Red Cross and complained that the property management didn't fix the loose power outlets in the living room when she reported loose outlets and wires!!!  

Chrsitmas trees and Menorahs were fine.....Nativity Scenes, crosses, stars of David were not ok.

Fairly simple platform and easy to access when you want.

Give nearest cross streets so people have an idea of where it is located, but only provide the address after you have vetted the potential tenant. 

You're using equity from existing properties and cross collateralizing it into the new property.
