Both of these sections do have some rough areas so you have to be pretty knowledgeable about which blocks you are buying.

I assume this is available all over.I'm not sure about what it's like where you're at, but in my area concrete has gotten outrageously high.

Give them beds/ba, sq footage, part of town, or better yet a couple blocks on a street and ask them if you had a rehabbed house what could you expect?

I see W Broad corridor growing, the neighborhood design center is completing a block study (2300 W Broad block).

I know porcelain tile with mortar requires a concrete slab to go on top of, but what options do I have if I do not want to install a concrete slab yet want the ground to remain fairly rigid and solid enough to have chairs, tables, etc?

It literally goes from 1 bed to 6 bed all within a few block.

I was just meeting with a new banker on refinancing one and just now I am hearing about within these 3 blocks and this lil pocket. 

Was going to put new concrete in the driveway and throw up a detached garage.

The Zestimate for both of these condemned lots is higher than what my house appraised for on the same block...just a little bit off.Bottom line-do your own homework!!!!!
