That appears to be a very complex structure with little to no protection.If someone is going to sue, they would sue the owner of the property (you) and the manager of the property (your LLC).

If it’s in an apartment complex and no one else has an upgraded fridge, I’d keep a basic fridge.Having an upgraded appliance works in your favor imo but the ROI can slim to non in the eyes for a bean counter when it comes to one property.
