I had an extremely horrific experience with a condo I owned that was managed by CAMCO management (google to see my review) and therefore, steer clear of any complexes managed by them or anyone affiliated (I recently heard the owner of CAMCO passed away and his daughter opened a new company.)

They would then sell that home, and roll all the equity they had been banking over the years into a small cash flowing multi-family property such as a small apartment complex. they would then be able to reap the cash flow and still have their VA home loan available to allow them to buy a personal residence with zero down

They probably do exist, but the ones I've encountered have clients who do a lot of things such as regular employees, small business owners, investors in a variety of things such as other small businesses (private equity), real estate, stocks, crypto, commodities, etc.Basically you just want to find someone who has enough clients doing real estate that they do understand the complexities involved and the implications of taking various positions (such as real estate professional status).

I'm sure there are other ways but this way seems to be popular for real estate investors who only want one subscription.There definitely will be some manual data entry work with doing it this way on a weekly/monthly basis for you but it sounds like you don't mind doing that anyway.
