I've given it some though but its not really my style so for now we have opted out and it has never been an issue.

I know of people who only smoke outside but their place still smells of smoke because it's all in their hair and clothes anyway.

So, when comparing comps, be sure you have the same style and location of footage.

The only 3 bulb lights I could find at HD or Lowe's were 'designer' styles starting at $50 each. 

If you have a post WWII Tudor style conversion it may be worth more.

I would imagine the checkbook style account would also be more scrutinized for an audit risk, what are your thoughts regarding that?
