When manually searching the addresses using the respectful local county tax assessor's websites, I've found accurate ownership information and have been able to hold actual conversations with the property owners via cold calling.

Based on the conversation I had with them, they definitely appear to be a great lender option especially in competitive markets like Denver!

I understand no one has a crystal ball, I just wanted to initiate a conversation with like-minded people and be more informed.
