Depending on splits 1/2 goes to listing agent 1/2 to selling agent Then out of 9000 1/2 may go to broker 1/2 may go to agent again depending on splits .

I suspect this is more for passive cap gain type stuff.. not ordinary income for those in the industry.. and or might work for the private individual who does this totally passive IE a broker brings them a note..

@Alexander George post that on LinkedIn, with some NYC Real Estate hashtags, and you'll get thousands of brokers sending their deals. 

Don't care either way, but I might reduce my fee as a broker if I'm getting to do both those deals, to cut you a break. 

I would like to begin by inviting any other investors, agents, brokers, lenders, etc. to offer up any relevant experience they might have had in the past 3 years that relates to BRRRRs, Flips, Rentals, Wholesaling, etc. or just a shout-out that you are my neighbor and have like interests in RE.

Step 1 is talk to a lender to determine you limitations (like loan amount, credit, etc) and step 2 is to talk to a broker familiar with this strategy. 

This would mean either be a RE Broker’s License or CFL.
