So given a syndication is needed because the GP, presumably, cannot fill out the capital stack for a $20mm-$100mm deal on their own, when that miss happens, it often needs to be born by the LPs, either by selling for a loss, or capital call.

since i have no idea how this works, i have several questions:What is the minimum i need to invest, what is it that i need to look for while making a choice, how do i find opportunitieswhat are the pitfalls and traps i need to look for etc..Who determines and how is the interest rate set?

He is also survived by his three siblings, Vonnie Hicks, Jane Lea Hicks, and Thomas (Tommy) Hicks, his nephews John Hicks, Zack Hicks, and Josh Hicks, wife Suzie and their baby boy born immediately after Henry's passing, Linus Henry Hicks.
