I love the Pittsburgh area!

I arrived to the Pittsburgh area a few days ago and feel in love with the area. The old house, history, and all the trees. I will have to find a duplex, live in one unit, and rent the other unit to pay the utilities.

@Mary Rowley it's always nice to hear of another person who loves Pittsburgh. It is one of the most livable cities and great for investing too! I am local, feel free to reach out if you would like help finding a duplex or just want to grab a cup of coffee.
