For example, my county permits 3 unrelated, but bordering counties permit 4.

Greetings All,My wife and I live in Rock HIll, SC, not too far from the Charlotte, NC border.  

I myself grew up in what some would consider a "C" neighborhood (some, a "B") but was bordering some "A" neighborhoods and also very close to some "D" and even "F" neighborhoods (high crime, very unstable local government, dilapidated homes, huge loss of residential tax revenue) but it allowed me learn and know these neighborhoods and also become more comfortable, and "used" to them. 

Left 19 years ago from the Central Valley to Vegas for more business opportunities, entertainment and dining choices, less traffic, cheaper gas, no income tax, cheaper flights, bigger newer houses, lower utilities, gambling, lower property taxes, lower sales tax, cheaper insurance, real estate investing for all those reasons plus MUCH more favorable to landlords. 

It just makes it a blind gamble. 

I know a few people who are addicted to gambling and it's not good. 

Anywhere in the Valley is a great place to invest right now - the growth is tremendous and the sheer number of people crossing the border each day at the limited number of entrance points is staggering and driving the local economies.

If you want to gamble on appreciation, wager your money in the stock market.

The biggest areas that have not truly been monetized are gambling and advertising in game.  

Interest rates will being increasing and prices are rising in most markets, so you are taking a big gamble. 4.
